Should Universal Move HHN to Possible 4th Park?

Low attendance at new parks is nothing unique to Universal. It's just part of the process of adding a new park. It takes the public a little while to warm up to a new park and new parks often aren't quite as built out. DCA is a more extreme example of this. Epcot and DHS experienced this and some would even argue that DAK still is. If there truly is a CityWalk 2.o there there will probably be even more pressure to move HHN to keep those new businesses busy. I do agree though I would only like to see HHN in the 3rd park if it's a good fit, even then maybe as only a one time thing.
