I disagree. If they say "summer 2016" I would expect it to be open the first day of summer, which is June 20th. I see ads everyday on Instagram and on TV which further add to the impression that this thing will be open. In Florida, "summer" starts in May because it's already so damn hot.

That's a broad expectation TBH. My point is that in advertising terms and legality this claim doesn't comply.

I believe Universal was under contract to have hogsmeade open by the end of spring. I think it open on June 18th, just a few days before the start of spring, meeting the contract requirements.
