Ok, so I've ridden 6 times so far and it's really growing on me. The AA is the most impressive thing I've ever seen and the queue is amazing. There are however, many bugs that still need to be worked out. Loading is very slow and I have experienced a down time every time I've ridden the attraction. But it's a great addition to the park!

Edit: Forgot to add the fact they are only running two trucks. Sometime's three.

Then rebuild it...right past Thunder Falls.

The walkways are too wide there. Where it was before was perfect because of the slender walkway. If they added it elsewhere it would create a bottleneck in traffic by squeezing a large pathway tighter. They could fit it on the bridge near the wall climb, but by then you're already deep into JP so not worth it.

The River Adventure splashing down is a good welcome to the area from that side. No need for arch. No place for arch. I sad too. But I move on.

While I occasionally lament the Kong side arch, I think the easy solution is to just go from the Potter side. The land is much stronger that way anyway, without Hogwarts intruding onto it. I mean, counterclockwise has always been the better way to travel through IOA. Well... going to MSHI first, than traveling counterclockwise from there is, IMO. That gives every land the best entrance possible.

Not exactly. The 23rd is also to add, the media preview night.

Considering that you've been saying no softs till July, or there'll be softs on Thursday; I'm not going to be trusting you on that.

But heres the thing, before the walls came down; you basically said that they wouldn't have walls down till a long time, delaying the ride opening and other sorts of things you stated about the attraction being ruined. I don't trust you, because your sources are either taking guesses at straws; or just trying to mess with you.

In a way; Andy (Hate) said this best on Twitter, that it should be brought up here.



This is a case to where we will have to wait and see. Because as I said; soft openings are extremely un-predictable at times, especially when you consider that this attraction uses new tech for Universal.

For Universal, they do a Meet-Up every once in a while to show how they care for the fans that go to the parks constantly; as some examples have been like from HHN25 and The Last Laugh to the most recent of a Phot0-based event where people got to take pictures of certain areas, and special seating for CineSpec.

As for Softs...that, wasn't my saying.

My personal uneducated guess for softs is this weekend. I don't have much of a basis for this other than they might want to get some regular guests on it during the weekend rush, but it makes a little bit of sense to me

As a newcomer, I gotta ask, is there always this much excitement when a new ride opens soon? :tongue:

Got it, thanks... The driver audio does sound VERY cheesy, I'm still optimistic on the ride overall though. Kong AA looks pretty good

Ohh they will complain. It's what they do.
The same people who complain that 500 pound people can't fit on gringotts.
