I don't know if Universal can. They won't be starting construction for at least another 6 months. And even that is questionable since capacity will still be an issue after Fallon. They may only close half of kidzone until F&F opens in 2018. The tech being used for Mario Kart alone sounds pretty new that I don't see them being able to build and test a state of the art ride in such a short time period along with the other rides being created for Nintendo. I think 2020 is the earliest we will see Nintendo open. And I am thinking June opening at that.
I mean Japan was announced for 2020 and they are starting construction soon on that, right?
