Really? I might even stay at a hotel for horror nights this year if it’s reasonable cuz getting to USH from Torrance is a total pain depending when you leave. Not everyone is coming from where you stay at, and not everyone is staying at the hotel solely for the park. They also have been adding to the park consistently over the last decade, and they are planning on adding even more. I think you need to take a step back and see the bigger picture.
You still went right?
I went and closed out 2 nights and drove and hour home after. Its not fun but we do it because the Carrot is worth it and there
I'm not saying having a hotel would not be nice for some people but the park is limited and the studio refuses to give room to grow so for me we don't need two hotels and wish they made the rumored H lot Hotel and used all the other space in the front for 2-3 new lands.
If there were no hotels near by I would be 100% on peoples side that a hotel is a must but it's not the park has been around for years without one and you can make a few thousand people happy or million with new lands to draw people and like to me thats much more money
If you draw in even just 1 Million more people a year the tickets, merch alone will make more then the hotel and once again be something more people experience. Plus HHN is capped because of how big the park is you take the hotel space with new areas for houses and rides you can add 3+ thousand guests a night to the event making them more money on drinks, merch, EA and express tickets
So I understand we don't agree but as someone who travels to SD and Disneyland and stays at none park hotels, I just don't see them as necessary got get a normal hotel room and drive or take the metro here.
But anyway I've made my point I think 2-3 new lands would make USH more money in the future because
1) New attractions drive traffic (HHN shows this very well its sold out...no site hotel and its not stopping people from coming)
2) Adds Park Capacity
3) Allows HHN and Fan fest to grow with new areas and hopefully a new show venue to use
4) By becoming a bigger park maybe we can finally have less off seasons when the parks literally close at 6 PM
