Yeah, hear ya, trying not to sound like that cause I never want to be that guy at all. I get it. What others have said too - very much in the "last house was worse one, on top of a disliked last season" - feels like that is very common general public reaction to the franchise as a whole. With many moments that were memed and laughed at to death. As well as the creatives from the event clearly showing a lack of excitement for this one, it just feels like a poorly received combination, then you tack on a shirt design that got dragged just about as much as I have ever seen on socials. The combo of all of the above is more of a "sigh, truly mailed in mandatory IP" reaction from me. Always hopeful, of course, but all the signs just point to the other direction is all.
