IMHO this is good news because it means BTTF has larger plans.

Says who?

Fans want BTTF but unless there is a real rumor I don't see how this confirms this

As of now Only Pokemon is basically "confirmed" because Universal said the IP would make its way to here and Orlando

I really loved Twisters, so bring it on! I'm guessing this is the 2027 addition?

2028 most likely. I don’t think they’re in a rush to churn out another ride, especially after JUST adding F&F.

Besides, they’ll have something to compete with Avengers at DCA.

I think F&F is the reason why it would be next year. Hollywood Drift is getting 4 hour waits and it's not even open yet. I can see them rushing Twisters to take some of the pressure off of HD.

I hope they don't think a Twisters addition to the Tram is up to the challenge of competing with Avengers lol.

Well.. still a good outcome? Probably the outcome I was least excited for though.

Rush?

Didn’t Supercharged close on the tram tour well over a year ago now?

True! With the success of the Fan Fest experience last year and the UK plan hints I think they're looking to revitalize the property in some way. Better as a new attraction than an overlay to a bad design.

Seriously doubt we’ll get a clone if the UK coaster, but I would love to see a BTTF coaster of some sort. It could be the intermediate thrill coaster.

I don't have any inside info, but just seeing where the puck is going and it feels BTTF is being looked at.

Thing is—for the longest time I had been under presumption for Supercharged in Hollywood being essentially put on stasis up until recently. The only thing they would’ve done was that they operated Supercharged once a day to keep the motion platforms stable.

They even had a specific tram set that was prepped for this reason, and had them parked near supercharged when they needs to do it.

It’s only until recently that they have gotten the Mona Lisa’s out of the showbuilding, and have since been working on interior theme removals.

I’m with you. The FFN experience IIRC had the highest guest satisfaction for any attraction in history and I don’t see any other property moving as much merchandise in the parks, at least out of the properties that don’t have their own attractions or lands.

It would’ve been a little insulting for the grand return of BTTF to have just been a screen tunnel anyways

I absolutely loathed Twisters, made me irrationally angry ahaha. But it’s a phenomenal slot for the Studio Tour. Very excited to see how they go about it.

Also, if they bring the cast back for filming, we will have three Universal Hollywood attractions that star a person/character named Daisy. Just a dumb fun fact.

Yeah, it’s just a meh for me

But the internet seems to like it so sure the general people will but this goes to me on why universal can’t beat disney

Not saying no one likes this IP but twisters won’t sell merch and it won’t get more people in the park compared to say how to train your dragon, wicked, Nintendo and I just can’t see it being as loved as a BTTF segment

USH is limited on space and out of all IPs this is a weaker one to add, I know people will like it enough but if your adding something to the park that isn’t going to really increase profits or attendance much to me is just a waste

Like people that say too much Nintendo is boring, like to me that’s natural disasters. We have earthquakes which is cool because it’s a physical set same with the flash flood, this is just another screen attraction and to me if your going to do that then make it a bigger IP

All I ask is for some practical effects in the 360 tunnel and be extremely windy. If they pull it off, it would be a pretty fun overlay. They had all this time to plan it so they better do it right.

Just one more note on why I'm disappointed its the theming of the emotions here

Kong, Earthquake, Jaws, and Flash Flood are already are using this emotional theming, this is the end of the ride and I think something more then just bad thing happening would be nice

Marty and Doc taking us on a fun Time Adventure, How to Train your Dragon where we end up in the middle of 100's of Dragons on Migration during a sunset, Wicked with some uplifting music, the great Movie ride with just tons of characters you love. It would be nice to end this on a highnote of emotions instead of the same thing they want you to feel like 100 times on the this tram something has gone wrong...now fear. You would think a movie studios would understand story structure and want people to feel hopeful and triumph like we just ended on a beautiful journey and remind you why you love movies over just more the same

Also if this is coming to Florida its even less impactful because they will like always get a better version of this, I just hate being told "we don't have room for "x" IP or experience and Twisters of all things gets to be in the park. USH has limited space everything added as a permanent attraction should be like the thing they think will be the biggest draw we can make and taking out partner IPs I just don't think this even makes top 10 things that would get people into this park and if we want more money throw into USH then we need only the best with how slow it is adding onto this park and how limited in space it is
