You do realize that Clive was pointing out more than just heat as a problem, right? So, you want them to invest millions of dollars and change the layout of the land simply because you don't like a couple of changes that only a handful of people will notice, which was possibly done to improve the comfort of the performer? You realize that sounds crazy, right? haha

Nintendo is my favorite thing and I wanted them to spare no expense. This suit looks like Temu Kong compared to the Japanese version. Paying attention to fine details is what puts these parks above six flags.

Oh come on… let’s be real here. If you don’t like it, fine - but don’t make these exaggerated claims because of your opinion.

I think from the front, the suit is fine, it's the hunchback from the side-view that throws me off. If they smooth that kink out (while making sure performers don't melt from the Florida humidity and heat in a cartoon gorilla suit), it'll be perfect.

I will say from the video on socials right now, the suit definitely looks more flexible than the Japan one, which I think is a major pro.

Nowhere near to the extent (or length of time) that it does in Orlando. It gets chilly (by Orlando standards anyway) for a good part of the year.

"Can easily exceed 86°F. With 75% humidity" is a wee bit different that 3+ months of consistent +96°F, 86% humidity.

Just sayin'.

doing your own research can’t mean relying on a crappy AI bot summarizing a reddit post. and not to belabor the point but “japan” is not “osaka” in the same way “florida” is not “orlando.” i didn’t say it doesn’t get hot in osaka, but it’s obviously different than orlando.

Guys I wasn’t trying to say Japan and Florida are the same weather wise.

Both places can experience extremely hot weather that was my point.

No need to try pick apart my post when it’s not that serious.

And no one said Japan doesn't get hot; but the general Orlando climate is not the same as the general Japan/Osaka climate.

The same way it gets just as hot and humid in Washington DC but no one would say it shares the same type of climate as Orlando. Does that make sense?

That’s fine.

I’m dropping the topic.

Great comparison. D.C., at times, can be as hot and swampy as Orlando.

That said, Orlando's hot and swampy season is impressively long. And usually wet, but we are coming off a La Niña year, and it has been really dry so far. Fire season is just starting. If we don't get rain soon, Central FL is going to burst into flames.

Wildfire risk increasing in Central Florida on Wednesday

It’s no secret Central Florida needs some rain. Unfortunately, rain chances are limited at best over the next seven days.

I think this "open mouth" version could have benefited from the "teeth grinned" smile DK makes. Would that have obstructed ventilation?

It's April 23rd, and 87°F. This is just the beginning. This is just a refreshing spring day.

You didn't do your own research if you just screen shotted an AI response. That's like the opposite of research.

My only thought for all this open mouth vs closed mouth vs. teeth talk:

The open mouth is the least of the suits problems.

One constant thing I’ve seen is that the fire alarm seems to go off much more often in Super Nintendo World than the others (at least as far as I know). It went off today after park close and I was told it went off yesterday too. Apparently the fire alarm goes off whenever someone vapes in this section or something and I heard this has happened throughout previews. Can anyone confirm?

Looks like the moving mine cart at the false track before the first drop has been broken for over a week. It no longer exits the tunnel as your cart approaches. Wonder if they deactivated it to work on timing and to pump as many riders through as possible? I doubt a simple effect like that would break so early into operations.

Maybe they should flash strobe lights on it instead
