Target Universal Gift Cards

Hey, I was thinking about using my redcard to buy some gift cards for my upcoming Universal Trip, but I noticed that our Targets in the Pittsburgh region do not carry Universal giftcards. I heard rumors that the Target's and Orlando do carry the cards... Can anyone confirm this to be 100% true?

I have seen them in central Florida recently. They come and go, sometimes gone for long periods of time. Good way to save 5%.
