Awesome! Love the newly revealed characters. Clown looks to belong in an insane asylum, and the banshee is way cool! Reminds me of True Blood with the blood tears

BTW, to those who have attended in previous years: are there any houses where any of these characters could fit? And which could be for a new house? We know the voodoo queen is for a new house, but what about the rest?

Yes there are houses they could fit in the 3-D Clown house, The Asylum, but probably not Poe so much.
Also depends on what houses might not make a return can't really see the Casino or Toy Factory coming back this year.

I wonder if they'll attempt the "classic" haunted house, like HHN did last year with Dead End. It could feature the Banshee, as she could fit into that "actual house" maze setting :shrug:

Trapped In The Walls was like a classic haunted house, but it was there forever and was finally replace by The Zombie Mortuary, and they have had several over the years that had a similar vibe.
I would like to see them do another, a castle as well, I like the old school settings.

The Banshees was a, really lame IMO, scare zone back in 09, that had girls on roller skates.
I can't say for sure but, I do not think they will fit all the 13 Evils in houses, they make be in areas around the park though or possibly a hoard.

Makes sense that the 13 would be part of both houses and streets. There's 7 houses, plus Alone, and then maybe 5 street zones? Unless Alone won't be part of the 13 (or it could combine all of them?), and then maybe it's 6 street zones and the 7 main-event houses to total 13?

The last two years zones have been non-existent they have had a couple of small areas (the main gate) that were decorated and populated with scareactors but mostly they have went to the hoards, which they do so much better than HHNs did last year. HOS used to have some really good scare zones but because of (IMO) Sesame Street and Cheetah Hunt they lost some of the best areas for a SZs, and I am sure the animals play a part in all of that.
Now maybe this year will be different... but I am not counting on it. Seems everyone is cutting back, be it HOS or HHNs.

I loved Trapped in 2009. I can't even imagine it in it's original incarnation in 2006. It must have been a whole nother beast.

The original trapped was great when they changed the entrance it changed the maze not for the better. The original year the story flowed better since u came in at the front of the house.

It was brilliant..almost as scary as Escape From Insanity...The basement used to be the last part of the house before the reversal and was free roaming so you could literally get lost in there...add a host of the black hooded demons and you had a very terrifying finale


then it was reversed

You’ve heard the rumors of this sinister street. People have disappeared and those who made it out are said to have told tales of torture and torment, dangling from hooks, piercing into their skin.

And because of a few wrong turns, you have now found yourself here. Dark. Silent. Alone.

You begin to quickly walk back the way you believe you stumbled upon this lane. Two figures appear. You look around for a way out. You run in fear, losing your sense of direction as you dodge objects preventing your exit.

In this game, there is only one chance. #12 The Hangman is right behind you. Will you escape before he takes you to his playground? He has one job and does it especially well.

There will be a minimum of six houses, one upcharge houses, and one show they just haven't announced all of them yet. The scarezones are iffy as they may just do hoards again this year, which are better than the crap at HHNs last year. The icons may be scattered amongst some houses or the streets.

The epidemic is among us and is quickly spreading. The undead are slowly infesting every major city and small town. Could this be the Zombie Apocalypse?

You’ve managed to defend and defeat hordes of zombies as you venture to your next safety spot. In an attempt to hide from a group of undead, you sneak into a cracked door of a building, watching every inch around you. You’ve found yourself in a mortuary, Zombie Mortuary to be exact, where #9 The Zombie and his friends are eager to feed on your fresh flesh.

Can you survive? One bite is all it takes.

I have tried to figure the whole 13 myself and obvious some are going to be in Houses, But I am hoping we will see some scarezone just not a Banshee scarezone(please never again) I agree Hangman would be a great ScareZone concept I also think we will see some of the evils around the park I am smelling photo op's.
