I don't know why but the end of that Twitter video where the worker comes up to the people to presumably scold them for videoing stuff gave me a nice laugh

"A walk-through attraction", just so we make sure there's zero subtlety to the situation. You might as well get somebody out there grabbing every person who walks by and shouts it in their faces.

I mean this isnt really much different than "the ride" being tacked on to half of the attractions in the park.

….and yet there will still be guests wondering if this is a ride. Seriously. They will think that.

I remember like yesterday when I rushed to Transformers in the morning the very first day of soft openings. I get INSIDE the ride vehicle and the guy in front of me asks, "Is this a show like Terminator?"

"Is this a roller coaster?"

"What time does the next show start?"

"Is this ride in 3D?" (holding 3D glasses)

"Is this the entrance for Terminator?"

"Is this a ride?"

"Are you guys really in the army?"

"You guys are the fake NEST, right? Did you get the rights from the real one?"

"Is this a real Transformer?" (seated in RV, not a child, dead serious)

"Is there a fire going on? There's alarms going off in the queue." (points to beacon lights)

...theme park questions are fun.  :D

The video is pretty cool. I think it's smart how they uses the "wolf's" whistle call from the show to attract people to the walkthrough. Not to mention the music and sound effects are intense. Anyone know if this will be done in the day.

It's the Saviors' whistle actually but it's cool and creepy having them lure everyone into the attraction.

It seems like a lot of people who weren't excited about the attraction are actually excited now, myself included. This attraction is definitely something to be excited about now

I know, during horror nights I think this area will be very cool, or just any night at USH. I really hope it soft opens while I'm there next week

Since the beginning of when this was announced, I had hopes of this fairing well. And from all the glimpses that various media outlets have had; I am happy to see that they really are going very nicely with it.

Okay that whistle was badass. I'm officially excited now, and glad they're not making it just a gimmick.

There Is a really good wideshot of the façade for the attraction, featuring more new prop's added to it.

In the "Collider" link you posted: "Boot camp for zombies as Universal Studios readies ride" Even the narrator of that video: "... to teach the actors of the ride a thing or two about being undead." I suspect many people are going to thing this is a "ride".

The added props really do help tie the whole area together. I just wish the facade extended all the way up to the top of the building. I'm sure the inside makes up for those few flaws.

Doi, of course it's the saviors. Mixing up my villains, my bad haha. Anyways this also got me more interested and even anticipating it now. It really reminded me off halloween horror night but somehow better.

The entrance and outer queue is really dark in the video, but I assume there'll be lighting up soon. Looking forward to see the lighting design next, as weird as that sounds.

The more I look at, besides the flaws that can probably be fixed up easily; I really love how the entrance façade of the attraction is. It's foreboding, but luring at the same time; in such a strange way that I think it may be at it's greatest at night; to when we see the effects all come together with the sound's of the savior's whistle and Bear Mccreary's music (which, I love his music outside of TWD).

Even as I am not a fan of the AMC's show (and as I hate FTWD); I think that this really has the potential to be a great experience for when I eventually come back to experience the park once more.

I guess I'm in the minority here on this, I think the props look tacky and awful and distract from the "theme" of Baker Street even more than prior. It'll look nice at night but I can't help but cringe at the facade.

I just wish it were a little more subtle but that's Murdy for you.

The facade is anything but subtle, the over-the-top-ness of it is starting to grow on me. I just wish they would put something visually interesting at the end of the corridor.

The only actual thing that bugs me is the rotor on the helicopter, it looks like a PVC pipe haha. Normal dumb people won't notice.
