The only two beverages I ever drink are basic water or herbal teas (I don't consume anything with refined sugars in them, including fruit juices).

This means that I did not eat any candy or cake or even drink Butterbeer when I visited Hogsmeade. This is why I will be thrilled if they open Madame Puddifoot's. I will spend all my cash there, buying infusers, teacups, tea cozies, and trying every flavour of tea under the sun. Do you hear me, Universal Creative? You MUST DO THIS! For me! Please!

What about a high tea there, maybe outside on a nice terrace with scones and everything?
I would love to see that and would pay good money for that.
Also, tea, cups, spoons and everything is so small the floor print of the shop could be small to house a huge selection of goods.

Oooh, a high tea service would be great!
I could also see them selling some cat-adorned teacups and kettles a la Dolores Umbridge.

Yeah I could see them having a whole rack full of dishes with projections of moving cats meowing and playing and stuff, since that's what they did on the ones in her office.

Yes, that would be incredibly funny!

But they better not put any actual depictions of Dolores Umbridge anywhere in the Wizarding World. I suspect that, upon seeing her, fans (me included) would be seized with an uncontrollable need to vandalize it :)

Hogsmeade needs another quick-service location IMO

^ They certainly have the option for it, at the bridge end of the Magic Neep. That is a large enough space for some kind of exterior counter service. Fish and Chips and Turkey Legs perhaps.

Let me clarify this, I mean the interior of the neep building itself could be used for cooking with a counter in the wall. I have been told there are refrigerators inside for the fruit and bev stands but they hardly take up all the space.

I'll explain. Behind the Magic Neep there are two doors that lead into a small open stock room. That room leads into an air-conditioned stock room (this room also serves the mechanism for the only working chimney in Hogsmeade). Outside that enclosed stock room AND behind the Snowman cart is an open area that services both Neep and Snowman Butterbeer, holds a small vendor cart that is stationed outside of the castle, and has a Butterbeer station for when the vendors go out and fetch Butterbeer. It hosts all that, and two cooler trailers. There is also access to the mechanisms behind the windows of the Southeasternmost part of Hogsmeade, but that's unrelated.

Now, because of the popularity of Butterbeer, the vending station and service area for the cart won't be moving. Something different could come out of Neep's small section, but there would need to be a serious reorganization of space and resources. Apart from fruit, I'm not so sure that any food could (or should) be prepped there, so I think Neep's relatively small assortment works out well, though the cart does create a spacial constraint leading to a smaller bottleneck, and it has also been rammed into several times by service vehicles, so that's as far out as anything will really ever go.

^ I keep forgetting about that later added butterbeer cart. Let's move that to Diagon or JP or something. I was thinking of how small the fish and chips interior is at Epcot's England. Sounds like they have really found ways over the years to clutter up the interior space of Neep.

I hope they expand Honeydukes, they could add more British food items(custard tarts!)and put Madam Puddifoot's in where Olivanders is, they will need the room, it would be mobbed. The Tea Room should definitely serve "High Tea". Maybe Dumbledore's Lemon drop for a new flavor tea.

I hope they expand Hogsmeade as a whole.. Maybe not to include the Shrieking Shack as most say, since it isn't in fact haunted and just an abandoned old house, but who knows more maybe more storefronts and space.

I'll throw in an unpopular opinion. If you wanted to expand Hogsmeade, get rid of Dragon Challenge.

It's not a bad idea to get rid of Dragon's Challenge. It doesn't get nearly the ridership it used to as Dueling Dragons and could actually be sold for a reasonable price to another theme park company and allow for a HUGE area of expansion. I could see a Great Hall restaurant, a Shrieking Shack attraction of some sort and more.

Some of my line of thought as well. I'd want something covered/inside to add to IOA's inside ride count (IOA is not the park you want to be in come storm time)and something E ticket grade that is doable for the whole family. And that Great Hall dining experience certainly leaves me envious of Hollywood, though I don't know how you make it seem like you were entering the castle if it is not physically connected to the castle. Portkey? Floo Powder?

No! Dragon Challenge is one of my favorites, and with the train station there it is even better, you constantly feel you are going to crash into something.

I am of the opinion, shared by many, that Harry Potter should not expand past it's current borders. While I dont think Lost Continent should stay long term, I don't believe the solution is Potter taking over that area. I believe that Dragon Challenge is the best spot for a "Phase 3" and leaves Lost Continent free for whatever fresh ideas comes next. Dragon Challenge is a great coaster(s) that used to be better, but I will gladly see it go if it means more immersive environments to explore, and at least one E-ticket level ride and a second ride as well. (Womping Willow?) This will cement Universal's renewed focus on the family market. Right now young kids can only ride 1 ride in Harry Potter, and that'll grow to 2 this summer. This expansion I proposed could give them up to 4 rides to do, with 2 to look forward to once they are big enough. It'll also have the opportunity to increase revenue with a high level restaurant like the Great Hall dining experience.

Alright so it seems a great majority would like to see Olivander's being removed from Hogsmeade. I wouldn't mind it completely since there would be a bigger and more improved version in Diagon but I think if Universal Creative were to make that decision and then replace Olivander's with another store or restaurant wouldn't be the smartest way to go IMO. If you're going to get rid of a show you should replace it with another show. What's amazing about the WWOHP is that Universal was able to fit a variety of things to do in that area so that there is something for everyone. Losing Olivander's would decrease that variety for me. There are some ways they could go about this...but this is just my thinking:

Aberforth Dumbledore Show
For those of you who don't know Dumbledore has a brother and he lives in Hogsmeade. In the 7th book (8th Film), the trio hides in his home where they learn abit about his sister (who is in a moving picture). What they could with this is have a show where a Aberforth lookalike tells the tale of the Three Brothers. This show could be done with guest interactive effects like in Olivanders and could sell some items like books (Tales of Beedle the Bard). Aberforth could choose three guest from the audience and could give them the tree items and that could be where the interactive elements come into play. Again this is just one option....

Aberforth Dumbledore's Home/The Great Hall Restaurant
Another option would coincide with the idea of getting rid of Dragon Challenge. In the 7th Book, the trio enter Hogwarts through the moving portrait of Dumbledore's sister. What could be done here is that Universal uses that same idea to transport guest into the Great Hall. You could still have a mini show with the moving picture and such and then lead guest down a hall where they wait to be seated and have stuff to look at that you don't see while in the Queue for the FJ. However, I could only see this done if Dragon Challenge is removed because that obviously takes up a tremendous amount of space. On a side note, you wouldn't be losing it for just the Great Hall, Universal could fit in a small ride as well like a Thestral carriage ride through the Forbidden Forest.

Here is the video in which Harry, Ron, and Hermione travel to Hogwarts through a moving portrait in Aberforth Dumbledore's house:
