Is that where it was supposed to be? I was looking for it today when I was getting Butterbeer, thought it might have been somewhere else in the pub.

Remember someone last week was saying for APs to watch their mail this week?
Well it arrived today - Backstage Newsletter email.

Rooms for 159/night, extra hour entry (8am) and fastpass for FJ. Starting June 19th.

For those holding out for the AP previews, looks like this is it for now anyway....

Oh, never been to UO before so I didn't know there were different colors and such. We will have the blue Meal Deal cups which I understand have no handle or anything. How do people carry those around all day? Or do you get a new one each time you eat?

NICE, Disneyhead! Super :rep:

Those pictures are incredible and just get me even more pumped to go! I MUST finish Deathly Hallows before I go.

I wonder what's under those tarps?

Oh no, the head is missing!

And is that a functioning clock?

The cogs turn, the pendulum swings, and the weights move up and down. But it is a seperate motorize effect from the actual clock, which in fact does work.

My 5 year old still uses a stroller on all day outings, so we get to cheat and keep them in the cup holders, or with the merch, popcorn buckets, and souveneir beer glasses in the bottom carrier. lol.
I dont know what we will do when shes too big for the stroller with all the stuff we usually bring in, and with kids never seem to leave without some snacks or souveneirs.
But most people just carry them around.

Yup, that was my point.
So no AP event as of yet, just a discount on rooms.

Yeah it seems like that mailing its just saying a special hotel offer not that we get the other things just because we have a pass we have to buy a hotel room to get just what everyone else is getting.

Yeah, re-read it all - its just basically a discount on the regular room package. (Or what folks are paying 285/night for right now, and without the commemorative ticket).
Basically no AP event.

Ok, so we can all now have a drink at the BarrelHead Pub. I wonder how soon we will be asked to bow to the Barrelgryph and the ride on FJ becomes an outdoor adventure where they roll us downhill in the Forbidden Barrel into oncoming traffic on Turkey Lake Rd.?

$159 = hundreds? Ok fill me in on the details. Or did you mean if the APs

Actually, my room is $370/night before taxes, etc.

In relation to this topic I have a question? I am guessing aside from parking garage there are parking areas at each of the hotels. If this is true then UO may want to fill up the hotels with as many guests as they can so they can get in as many GP as they can pack in the garage.

It's cool about the express...but the fact is that most AP holders have no need for a hotel room...
I'm holding out for a proper preview...but if we don't get it, I guess it's okay in the end.
