Extendable ears were available for $19.99 I believe. They have a little microphone in the ear leading to a single earbud.

It sure would help clear the queue for any attraction they wanted to do when it happens...

Okay, take this with a grain of salt, but a very reliable friend has said that a WWOHP Phase II is a guarantee, and he is very confident in the person who told him this.

But again, take this with salt, because I have no idea where he is getting it from.

Seeing things a lot quieter now, I'm looking forward to going back in 2012. It was so packed when we went just after opening, it made appreciating and enjoying it very difficult. Are breakfasts open to all now? Or still package guests?

Half way through reading Half Blood Prince now; amazing how increasingly different the books are from the film, moreso as the series progresses. Whilst I really enjoy the films, in a way its a shame, especially with the more recent one, what they left out (mainly regarding more about Tom Riddle and the other nitty gritty) in favour of increased romantic scenes, some of which didn't happen. I'm addicted to the books now though. Looking forward to Deathly Hallows!

The last three books are VASTLY more detailed than the films, and in some cases completely different.

But I'll finally be IN WWoHP this Saturday before HHN, and I absolutely cannot wait, and I'm soooooooooooo glad they fixed the restraint system.

That breakfast looks so good! I love the three broomsticks, I could sit there and eat all day. I wanted to do breakfast there because I got in the park an hour early, but once I got to potter land I decided to get a head start on the rides instead. I was in ollivanders for the first group, no Wait, and only about seven people I. The room with me.

That's awesome to hear  I love the movies for what they are, but the books are SO much better!

Funny you mention this, because I just saw something related on Mugglenet:

Why is Universal asking guests if they would visit a doubled-in-size Wizarding World park in 12 months?

Just a few weeks ago we told you Universal is looking to expand the Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park by taking over the existing Lost Continent area within the next two to three years.

Today we're seeing that a two to three year wait may actually be too long even for Universal. In a new survey sent to some guests who visited the park, Universal asks the following:

What if -- instead of expanding it -- we DOUBLED the size of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter? How likely would you be to visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter again within the next 12 months to visit a Wizarding World of Harry Potter that was twice as big with twice as much everything?

The options you can select are "Very Likely", "Likely", "Somewhat Likely", "Not Very Likely", and "Not at all Likely".

While this is by no means official confirmation of a sooner-rather-than-later expansion, it proves Universal is really considering doubling the park and wants to know if past guests would come back within just a year of their last visit.

It's also great to hear that Universal is thinking about more than a little expansion. Doubling the park's size would bring it to 40 acres. As always, we'll keep you updated! Thanks to Al for the graphic showing the survey question.

Can't wait to see what else we find out about this!

I am willing to bet we got EXACTLY the same info.

I wonder if they can have the WWOHPExpansion open around the same time as Disney's FLExpansion.

OMG, I just realized that.

Can you imagine? The WWoHP which is the reason WHY Disney is doing the FLE gets bigger and better and everything Disney went to try and do to trump WWoHP goes out the windows because now its "bigger and better" woooooow.

We FINALLY are going to have a TRUE theme park competition in Orlando. All UO needs to do now is build a value priced hotel on site and they are in business.

A value hotel would be nice, but if Universal gets too many rooms they will have to stop giving ExpressPass as a perk. Can you imagine if Disney gave Unlimited FastPass with each room?

And I don't believe they can have this expansion open in 12 months, especially with another state of the art signiture attraction. I am putting my money on Spring 2012.

I've never known him to put out info like that without doing his best to make sure it is legit, and he was one of the first people to break the news about the changes coming to the Fantasyland Expansion. So we shall see.
