In general, I wish that the Featured store would become USH's version of DCA's Blue Sky Cellar. Show models, art work, and previews of all upcoming attractions. Although this would've been a lot better around when Transformers opened and afterwards.

Given the store's small footprint, I'm expecting this will be our chance to get generic merchandise (t-shirts, wands, pins, keychains, house scarves/shirts/ties, etc.) until we see more specialized merchandise within the land's numerous shops next year. Can't wait to stock up soon!

Just the marquee that was on the Featured store in the entrance plaza, it was basically overflow for Despicable Me merchandise.

It seems we'll be able to get our Potter fix a little ahead of schedule.

Photos are currently surfacing of Feature Presentation completely shuttered and closed, with the Despicable Me marquee replaced by one featuring the WWoHP logo. It seems the rumors of us getting this store opened by Memorial Day Weekend may be true, if not sooner.

That's exactly what I've been predicting for a while now while being doubted haha!!

I might be wrong but...could it even be possible we get some information on Potter around F&F and the Nighttours launch? I doubt it but, its all possible they could.

I will expect to get a heavy Potter push once HHN comes around this fall.  I can imagine they will want to keep the F&F focus throughout summer.

Annual Pass discounts aren't valid for WWoHP merchandise for this event? Yeah, uhhhh....I'll wait to buy everything once there's mountains of merchandise next year inside Hogsmeade and I can use my AP.

I'd put money on the items popping up on eBay for twice the price within a few hours of the event.

Also you can buy the Potter candies at most grocery stores now too, so save your money!

They're only worth something if they're exclusive to USH and no place else. For a while the Transformers The Ride Deluxe Evac toy was going for $100+ average on Ebay.

I doubt that, considering there's already a Potter installation in Florida and Japan and a Potter museum in London. Save for perhaps a few pieces, Hollywood isn't selling new merchandise.

This is simply a way to milk the merchandise as early as possible. Not allowing annual pass discounts is so stupid though.

Personally speaking though, I wouldn't want to buy Potter merchandise inside USH but outside of Hogsmeade. No magic in that...


Like, I'll love to check it out as a preview, but I wouldn't wanna buy it there.
