Disney will for sure be the slowest to reopen but after ALL Knotts food event days being sold out before 5 days of the tickets being on sale...Disney and Universal would be foolish not to copy the events in someways.
So I don't when Disney will start having people in the parks at some capacity but my guess would be if the events sell out they might open open the hotels in someway too and see if people are wanting to stay at the resort. But even then no clue how many people would really want to stay at the hotels for smaller food events but Disney Fans are crazy so enough might want to for them to have a reason to have hotels open from Thursday-Monday Morning.
