The person on stage in charge of the design of the land seemed legitimately anxious when the 2027 date was brought up, I think Josh even pointed it out. That was a weird, awkward part of the show haha

Very curious on the timeline of everything. Spring to Winter 2025 is gonna be rough for DAK until Zootopia opens up.

Again, unless "Winter 2025" to Disney means "The eleven days between December 20th, 2025 and the end of the year," I think Zootopia will be open before March of 2025.

So glad they didn't just go with Tropical Americas. Having a name for the land/village is right in line with Africa (Harambe) and Asia (Anandapur).

I think the whole makeover is a win. The cheap looking Dinoland vibe just didn't fit imho. It's a shame Dino's aren't a park of AK anymore. Hopefully they try to bring them back in the future.

I think they will? I mean, it'd certainly be a miss if they don't. It's also not a tall order at all to add a few enclosures or even something smaller like the American Crocodile and Asian Brown Tortoise that're currently near restaurantosaurous.

I would tend to doubt it. I'd expect the creature will be based on actual mythology of the general area.

I'll be surprised if it isn't the Feathered Serpent aka Quetzalcōātl, but it would be a neat twist if it's revealed to have been a feathered dinosaur this whole time.

I am not sure if Winter is Jan to March or December lol

But also a spinner and a low wait Dino ride won't be too big of a loss honestly, so it is just the theater which was also low wait. I don't think it will be too bad.
