We learned in Communications Law that USA is the most watched cable network. No surprise that Comcast likes to advertise it in their park.

Got to see the parade yesterday (8th)!

It was originally scheduled for 7:50 PM, but after waiting and waiting (through the rain).....they announced over the park's loudspeaker that they were going to do the parade after Universal's Cinematic Spectacular (which made its official debut at 9:00 PM as scheduled).

I stayed for both the show & parade - very well done!

Mini shows with the floats started today. I saw Dora's unit and Spongebob unit perform infront of Mel's. Minions performed infront of the ride.

Also please note that the soundtrack currently used is not the final soundtrack. The final soundtrack has dialogue and lyrics.

Gru and E.B. have a couple lines but I've heard no lyrics in the parade.

I do not believe that these shots where taken during the parade. Notice that the floats a going in the wrong direction. They do park in between Mel's and La Bamba when they come out during the day. Characters also come out and different times and wonder around. This would explain the lack of people lined up on the sidewalks.

^ Well then, that is more like it. Hopefully it is somewhat popular and the sidewalks are full of smiles.

I like that the characters come out during the day, especially the new ones - I don't know about the floats being out too, though. Doesn't that kind of defeat the fun and surprise of the parade, if you already know what the floats look like?

I guess I'll find out when I go see it this weekend.
