I wonder if they really spun out a car like that in front of the arch. I would think it would leave terrible marks. Must be Hollywood magic.

I was walking by when they were filming it, It's a real car spinning out, several takes.

As a kid in my 30's, that ad made me want to go to Universal so bad.

Looking at the first commercial, they definatly had a car ther but the one in the commercial I think is CGI I played it back really slow and didnt see a driver or arms or a steering wheel. The shot from the wheel perspective was definately real though!
