So resident evil could be at HHN in Hollywood at any time…but they choose not to use it?

I can’t imagine it would cost less to be at that event then this, so I wonder why not use this IP at Hollywood

It's possible a deal wasn't reached until after this year's event was set. It's possible they only want this at Unleashed. It's possible it's just a one-off, random weekend deal. It's possible they're testing the water for next year. There are so many variables beyond "Universal doesn't want to do it".

Biohazard’s been a fixture at USJ’s HHN for years, so while this feels totally unexpected, there’s definitely precedent.

Is this related to the new Zach Cregger movie? Seems like it’s more general Resident Evil?

I hope this leads to coming to Hollywood (and Orlando)

This is extremely cool and to me big, resident evil is a huge franchise and think it would get pretty insane crowds at HHN

Like if they did a restaurant take over and show even, while not as big as one piece. I think would bring a lot of people in and bet we’d see more sold out showtimes for that venue

Mostly I’m very jealous the new team could get such a big win, the team did what looks like a great job for a small event like this and honestly most likely will get me out to this again sooner then I expected

I really like that they've chosen to spread this thing out and have it occupy the non-house spaces. But I wonder if this is fully additive, or if the other atmosphere / entertainment options are going away.

Will the demented circus and the juggler guy still be around? Is the actor who flies overhead by the entrance getting a new costume? Excited to see regardless!

The website is now updated and also talks about the Halloween and Holiday events coming this year as well

I got my ticket now that its official, will post about it after I go on the 19th

Yeah, The Juggler started out as just a guy walking around and then got the stage show because it made sense and people liked him, he was a really nice guy to talk to when I went out last year. So yes I hope he is still around in some way

I also hope as well we get other characters, I dont think all of them will come out but the guy walking around with a knife who is a killer but thinks everyone else are scary/freaky was hilarious so hope he is there when I go

I think Jack and Chance are now in the restaurant doing shows, so they are good

But excited to go I saw Leon, Claire, Jill and Ada are there along with a a security guard (maybe a character from the games?)

Plus Zombies, Licker and Nemesis

capcom is a little weird, I think remember that the director of the movies kinda had trouble using some of the game characters in the movies ( that's why the sequels were so messy with inconsistent moments)
I've always wanted a resident evil scarezone in front of the mummy area for Orlando full of cop cars and licker statues on the buildings and a helicopter and everything. with the music from the games playing.
that's my dream.

I mean anything not done correctly you'd assume people will complain about it

But its been 13 years, the base has really grown since then because every game and remake since then has been loved along with once again at Hollywood we have sooo many places to put it, they want puzzles and mini shows use the plaza, they want a big show use WW, they want a house put it in the sound stage or something, they want to take over the terror tram go for it, they want to make Raccoon city as the front scarezones with food and drinks bam

Anyway back to Vegas, I will be going this weekend, I assume I will do less houses then last time because their is so much RE content at the event.

If anyone has gone or heard things let me know, mostly I want to know if you need to do the puzzles to walk around? I see you can go outside if you do the puzzles but want to know do they let you walk around freely in the area where the mini shows take place
