Yep! It's a Zamperla Convoy. The ride is in the bottom half of this concept art.

Do we know what this building is supposed to be? It wasn't on the initial map rendering, and I highly doubt they would include a backstage area in this artwork.

It's not connected to any on-stage areas, so we think it's a backstage building.

We stopped by Universal Kids Resort tonight and spotted a crane in the staging yard. Ride pieces could be on the move soon. Several mature trees have been temporarily planted and will be relocated to their permanent spots once the heavy equipment clears out. The hotel is looking sharp.

A Metallbau Emmeln Flying Wheels has arrived at Universal Kids Resort. We're pretty sure its name is Mr. DNA’s Double Helix Spin.

Also, the central hub of the SpongeBob-themed Zamperla Aero Top Jet 12 has been bolted in place. Behind it, you'll see the black substructure of the Minions-themed Zamperla Demolition Derby 2 Turntable.

4-10 year old me 100% would rather stay somewhere with a slide, I don’t care if it’s 15min away. Kids want slides, give them slides.
