To say some things about Universal and this space..To Universal;
"So you did it. I must admit, I had my doubts that you could make this happen."
When this broke, I wasn't able to get the first notice of it, due to reasons. So, that said; I am extremely happy for Universal, considering that they had bought this land on a damned steal, of 130 million; where I would of thought maybe higher to 180 or even 200 million. If I was thinking on how long it'll take to get that infrastructure done..maybe mid 2018. It makes sense, given Universal; and the new struggle that's probably going to hit them like a ton of bricks; and that's fine, considering the odds.
Also, I am thinking we'll see the third park before 2025; as it makes sense..but not during the 50th anniversary of WDW. Maybe 2022, but I can't see it go much closer to 2021.
Also, if UC had plans already for that area, but wasn't able to pull it off, I wouldn't be surprised in the realm of possibility, to legacy those plans in some fashion, atleast; as a guess.
That said, I am excited to see what the hell UC has in store for us the next 7-9 years, as both stateside resorts are about to hit a true renaissance of content that's going to be awe-inspiring to see the end result.
