Anyone else remember this stand? I know I wasn't the only one who thought it was new.

You're right and wrong. The stand used to be much smaller and more of a movable cart. This new stand is much larger and permanent.

Oh I knew about the old stand, I just for some reason drew a blank about this new one showing up months ago. I had to sort through my photo stash to put a date on the install.

Behind Universal Studios has posted some photos of where Uni was supposedly placing the midway games, but it seems that maybe they've reconsidered as the area is now lacking the finished booths.

Just an FYI for my peeps,

I was awakened to excavation and markers popping up behind the sprung tents by one of our members :wave: . Seems to be one of two things,

1. Drainage and Utility work
or
2. New concrete foundations for pyro bunkers

Orignal plan was thrown out... as I mentioned on my site. comast threw more money at the project, the old project was temporary games while this one is the ones from amity... so the real midway games will be moving in soon...

Cool, some Midway-esque games to draw some energy around Simpsons would be welcomed..that area of the park is very quiet
