I remember walking around in that area a year or 2 ago and wondered why it was even accesible to the public.
Shouldn't they rope it off or put up something to shield it from view?

That won't stop people like AdamtheWoo and such from sneaking in there.

They put up a nice sign for team member parking. Should help some for misguided guests looking for the park.

^ That is also good for employee morale. Something like that makes a person feel as if their job is as special as they feel it is. Good to see these things happening.

As a UOR team member, employee moral is kinda through the roof right now.

Really? That's always great to hear. High moral = great guest service, usually.

As a routine visitor I really can see this. I mean lets face it up until about a year or so ago Disney's customer service department just embarrassed everyone else. They would do things like smile, say please and thank you, ask if you needed help, and so on. Good luck finding that at UOR two or three years ago. But ever since about Summer 2011 the morale has gotten better and better just like the customer service has. The last 6 months or so is like a whole new experience. Employees are going the route of Disney 10 years ago. People are having fun at work again and it shows! There not just pointing guests in the correct direction, there engaging guests and trying to make it a better experience for them.

My sister came to IOA with me today and she hasn't been in over a year. One thing she said to me was, "I can't believe how nice all the employes are being today." It really showed too.

I just renewed my AP, and the two people I dealt with on the phone to do it were wonderful. Very Disney-esque.

Every time I've gone to Uni in the past few months, all of the employees genuinely looked happy to be working. They have fun while working and that makes the experience at the parks much better. I've seen TMs go the extra mile for guests when they don't have to. Everyone is so friendly. They are definitely up there, if not equal, with Disney's customer service. The change in employee moral and customer service in the past few years has definitely been noticeable.

I've seen huge attitude changes since Potter opened and it's not because management is forcing people to do this. Most of the people I've encountered even if it's just Events TM's are a lot happier to be working for the company. Good stuff all around.

I've been amazed by the attitudes of Team Members lately. Just randomly asking how your day was, or holding a friendly conversation with you at a kiosk does a world of good. I haven't really seen any bad employees in the park for a long time, now.

Well when you feel the company you work for gives a damn it can have an effect your attitude.
