Yes, sight lines are a bit messy right now. A lot of things normal hidden like utilities boxes are super obvious.

Driving by VB now you can see a lot of brown from I-4. Someone posted a video (can’t find it now) showing a lot of the plants at Epic’s entrance are going to need replacing, most certainly the same issue in the park. Same with many areas along the roads.

Yeah all the Trees and Bushes in Marvel Super Hero Island got removed completely the other day.

Just something to note:

The recent freeze blast has absolutely decimated the plant life around the North campus. It's the most noticeable in Jurassic Park. They've removed some trees and have replanted flowers, but it seems like it's going to be an ongoing work in progress for the next couple of months.

I'm planning to visit VB next week to see how it fared, but I'm curious as to Epic, since a lot of the trees and plants weren't as mature as USF/IOAs.

You'll find out soon on your visit, but I worked at VB on Friday and man.....poor VB. Much of the plants there did not do well at all. I wish I had the opportunity find a Horticulture TM to inquire what their plan was for these plants (and to also praise their hard work because I wanted to thank them for including the little plant plaques around the park that have the plant names and species).

Something I wanted to note...

I know this was discussed a while ago, but Universal has finally done something with the Seuss Landing arch. Instead of just leaving the expanding foam exposed on top, they’ve officially capped it and painted it. I’m still not sure if they’ll do anything further to restore it to its former glory, but at least it looks a lot more presentable now.

I thought it would mostly be a quick cosmetic update (over night painting and adjustments) but it appears they're waiting for the right time? The colors don't need to change, but those cracks are quite evident.
