Up until pretty recently, it was literal Rock-It science. badumtissh

Plenty of hospitality students and related majors use it as a foot in the door to higher positions within the parks, they have genuine interest in being/staying there and aren't only there because it pays better than something else in the area. But even without them, I still know many people from other parks who are interested in the career growth opportunities down the line that Universal talks about in every step of the hiring process and still never got anywhere

Reading this is all very concerning - my hope is that the Monsters preshow is up and running within 3.5 weeks - and between 2 days I'm sure we'll see Stardust running both sides at some point.

Positive thoughts, right? ..... right?

When it comes to Stardust, a lot of the opening team had come from HRRR so I imagine they have a pool of experienced TM's that could quickly be relocated and on-boarded over to Stardust if its 'issues' are truly staffing related.

I do understand that Stardust is a much better experience when both sides are in sync, but I do wondering how much of a staffing change it is to run two sides together. In all my years of visiting parks, many seem to start the day off with fewer trains than are running later in the day, I even recall days (long b4 Fastpass) when Space Mountain opened with only one side.

Anyway, I think I am trying to say that most parks seem to be in no rush to get roller coaster up to full capacity until the afternoon and if that sort of staffing school of thought doesn't work with a racing type set of coasters.

Still the best Epic line tip....It's been three weeks now, including tonight, almost without exception....the stand by lines are tolerable after
7:00 PM/7:30 PM. Lowest waits of the day, by far..........If you can survive the heat, stay late.....or go in the morning early entry....back to your
Universal hotel pool early afternoon when the sun is hottest.....and hop back to the park for the evening. Really, the only comfortable way
to tour Epic, and beat those 1 to 2 hour lines for most every ride.
