Per the app Stardust is back up.

I saw trains dispatching yesterday much quicker than I have seen in the past. Thinking they have four (x2) trains running??

Not sure about the length of refurb but just some minor details - there are signs around the Cosmos Fountain that say, "The fountain portion of tonight's show is temporarily unavailable for planned maintenance."
