Considering tickets to the existing parks are already $154 most days this summer (or higher), gonna go with "probably but depends when you go"

Unless we're still technically doing speculation for opening additions, I think it might be good to transition to a new thread, ala the multiple threads for Diagon Alley. For example, this thread could be the archival Epic Universe park speculation thread, and the next thread could be the Epic Universe expansion speculation thread.

Just a personal preference though as someone who likes to categorize and finds those divisions helpful for spelunking through old megathreads, I imagine most people only read the most recent posts.
