Could care less about the accuracy to the games, but I'd prefer if they didn't adapt the Racoon City saga again. It's like doing Batman's origin story at this point.

I wonder if they'd start with a smaller scale story with the focus being on Chris and Jill as they investigate the mansion.

Allow it to be more "character" driven, and to allow us to see how they'd establish the smaller things before going with a big Raccoon City story.
