I drove by VB during my two UO visits last week and was really impressed by the finished product (at least from a distance). Can't wait to try it out, maybe later this year.

So sad! Vol is one of my favorite aspects of Volcano Bay. Hope she finds peace.

I'm probably just having a complete brain fart, but it mentions fire features on the volcano. Where are the fire features?

I noticed that too. Perhaps it is something that was to be used for the nighttime show that has yet to occur.…

Heh, they could use the faux fire effect Disney uses on Peter Pan. A little tin foil goes a long way. ;):)

Wild. Saw that quite a bit this past week in the form of sea smoke.

Did anyone see Tim Trackers new video? No more tubes in fast river, just life vests.

Wife and I are headed to WDW and Uni for just a short couple days each a week from tomorrow. Seeing Orlando will be in upper 70s. I do believe we’re gonna hit up VB again mid week. Should be slow as dirt- Can’t wait!

I actually think this is a better option. Better visibility, no one getting trapped under tubes or falling out.

The fast rapid river at BGW's Water Country does it with the vests only too. Loads of fun.

I'll miss the tubes. I never felt like the wave generator was ever pumping strong enough currents to need to make it life vests only.
