Already this year, Blizzard and Typhoon have added small, seasonally opened bars. Blizzard by the chair lift, Typhoon in the old Shark Encounter (which is actually my new favorite of the two in the park).
Rumor is a big focus of this Winter's shutdown will be refurbing and expanding both main bars. This sounds like a direct response to Volcano Bay--whose big, covered bars are the one thing the park gets right--but we'll see if the budget stays intact.
