Here is the info that we have gotten so far in our research. The hotels are separate from the park, and the restaurants can be separate from both like Tchoup Chop does its own thing. It doesn't sound like your guests need a pass to get into the park if you have your wedding at Allah or JP VC; they will be escorted in and out of the park. If the group size is less than 150 people you can't schedule it for more than 45 days out.

Here are our ceremony and reception locations:
§ Pat O’Brien’s, Universal’s CityWalk (ceremony and receptions up to 80 guests)
§ CityWalk Rising Star (reception only, up to 150 guests)
§ Red Coconut Club, Universal’s CityWalk (reception only, up to 200 guests)
§ Garden of Allah, Universal Studios Florida (ceremony only, up to 40 guests) – reception required
§ Jurassic Park Landing, Islands of Adventure (ceremony only, up to 150 guests) – reception required
CityWalk reception packages range from $15,000.00 + tax and gratuity and up. In-park receptions range from $50,000.00 + tax and gratuity and up. Ceremony Coordination is also available for an additional fee. Receptions are required, and ceremony and receptions must be completed before 4pm. Higher Food and beverage minimums may be required for evening receptions.
