Is the spin on the cars going to be controlled or free-spinning? For some reason, I was under the impression that it was going to be controlled, so that the cars could point in specific directions away from local residents. And if so, wouldn't that be a new, untested development?

I believe the intention is to have them controlled, so for specific areas that they can; they can redirect the sound of screaming to reduce the emission.

It's probably way too early but... will the ride be going across\over the escalators? Will it stretch out that far to the side?

Amusement Insider created a very well done visualization of the coaster based on permits and the information we know so far. The only thing that seems inaccurate is that it doesn't show the coaster trains spinning.

Are this and the Wolfman coaster coming to Epic Universe essentially the same ride?

Not at all. Wolfman is a small family coaster, this is a high speed thrill coaster. More similar to Velocicoaster but with controlled spin

F&F being situated on the hillside already makes it stand out from VelociCoaster IMO. F&F is also going to have some amazing views.

Track hasn't even been installed and we're already saying it's better than another coaster because of its location? lmao

Curious to see what color scheme they go with for the supports and track. Yellow and green are a nice pair tho.

Ew. Hopefully not. Keep it simple. Black supports & silver/steel colored track. Let the trains (and any lighting package, on/off ride) be the "pop of color".

Lighting packages may or may not happen. And for the trains, they will probably pop out since they will be designed as race cars With bright colors.

It would be very funny (to me) if they end up partnering with Dodge for a little brand synergy on this by using Chargers or Challengers — two vehicles that will no longer be on sale when this coaster opens.

I'm curious how many of the cars they'll put out front. I can't see any being in the queue for limited space reasons. I'd expect at least one or two on display

Well im not so certain, sorry for not clarifying.

But based off the concept art that was shared a few weeks back for the community during a nighttime concept, shows no lighting packages. Now, im not so sure I should rely on the concept art. But it does seem dark.

I'm actually gonna argue they won't light the coaster outside of the section in-between Simpsons and The Starway.

Given what we have seen of Velocicoaster, and to what seems to be an extent of Starfall Racers; those are coasters that for their main defining elements; that they don't have lighting packages. I think Universal's gonna follow suit, if only to try to minimize it's appearance at night as they can.

Doesn't mean the ride vehicles can't--but I think we are gonna get proper "night rides" in the sense of the area around the coaster not being illuminated.

Come to think of it, I wonder if the rain expected throughout the week is gonna be halting construction, mainly because of how this is still being built on a hill.

When I was there Saturday before the rain was hitting Sunday They were had most of the hill covered in plastic and saw some of the workers tossing dirt on the edges of the plastic so it seemed like they were getting ready for it
