I would love to see Triceratops Encounter. First Seuss Trolley, now Trike. I never got to see the original show so I'm looking forward to this.

I'm hoping for a new story line! Maybe they will enclose the final scene where you see the Trike more and the lights will turn out. Then The trike will run loose around the area and torment the guests inside! I'd love to see that happen...

Very glad to hear it's coming back. Looking forward to seeing it for the first time. Hopefully it'll be ready in June.

Hahaha. Exactly. Along with Discovery Center Trike will complete that zoo for dino feel as if it was its own destination resort and not just a ride and small area of a theme park. I hope it stays around after the holidays as more of a summer and christmas thing though. As the big reason for making sure this gets done is for park capacity with holidays and Potter together.

Wow, this would be cool to see again. I was watching some of our old vacation videos last night (gets me ready for the next trip this Saturday!) and I have about 10 minutes of footage from 1999 of the pathway and the good old dino herself. The doc got her to raise her foot (she likes to showoff) and then she sneezed on some kids. It was so amazing how real she really looked!

True, true, but I feel like there shouldnt be more than 1 or 2 things that do have things go wrong.

I went past there today and tried to catch a glimpse of any activity, to no avail...
I did get this pic of the trike fossil:

Compare it to a shot I took in December:

Other than the fact that the December trike looks just slightly darker, they look identical...

There seems to be less foliage around the newer trike.

It wasn't anything out of this world, but it definitely was neat, especially the part when the Trike went to the bathroom

Hmmm.. I kinda understand how you saw it. But it is amazingly realistic... beyond reproach actually. However, it is a theme park... so an out-of-control moment, a dangerous threatening moment might have made it more theme parky exciting. Kind of a horse rearing up moment even though that would have been unlikely with a Triceratops... but something like that. But that will not happen. I was mesmerized and I am even more surprised that the skin is zippered on in pieces as seen in Samuel's photos. Makes sense... yet I had never thought it through.

Whoa Teebin, are you back for good are doing a drive-by?

The fact that we get so close and that they move so effortlessly and gracefully does leave you in aww with these AA's IMHO.

I hope it's coming back, because I never got the chance to experience the attraction when it was open.
