I find it so beyond funny that TF is getting a TON of love... and we get mad about 3D in Gringotts. TF is ALL 3D. Like... almost 100%. Very few set pieces.

But that's because it HAS to be 3D, but good point.

Because I expect more than 3-D for Gringotts. I expect more from WWoHP.

The ride will be awesome, but if there's more 3-D glasses in the park, it's disappointing. Especially considering Creative is already calling Production Central "glasses alley".

As for only 6 in the resort, WDW only has 5 in their resort.

I just don't want glasses in a Potter attraction. I don't want my view of awesome things obstructed by stupid glasses. FJ doesn't have them neither should Gringotts. IMHO.

And how many times do we call out WDW for not adding anything of substance in 15 years?

Are you talking HE or Gringotts? Everyone just jumped to the conclusion of the later.

If it was flipped over it kinda looks like a 2 foot square Polyolefin catch / drain basin to me. The cone shape end snaps / plugs into the drain pipe with different pipe sizes build into it 6", 8' or 10' round.

It's very possible. Although, I know that a standard concrete pipe and risers storm drain system is being installed to handle runoff. Also, I thought that Polyolefin was not allowed in commercial applications. At least I know it is not in some municipalities.

Good point...but in all honesty, it'll kill the realism to have the 3D glasses on a train, versus a dark ride/coaster would be able to get away with it easier.

How are the two in any way related to each other? Disneyland just added a ton of stuff without 3-D glasses.

Hogwarts express having them isn't any better. Might be worse.

Well I was noting that although Disney may have fewer 3D attractions, they also have expanded far less with new tech...

As for Disneyland... in the resort they have 5 3D attractions as well.
