That's pretty good, HTF! I saw these, but I also have seen it in other posts. My guess is that in some cases it's being caused by automated spelling correction programs that get it incorrect. I had to edit a recent post where I typed Diagon and the software changed to it diagonal. In cases where people simply don't know better, it's sad but I don't want to spend time pointing it out to them. Certainly not the focus or point of the forums...

Thankyou! This is one of those landmark moments when we get to witness the best in the biz make a very stupid mistake. Right up there with Nassal and the crumbling embankment wall. I love it!

Is there any chance that this will become Privet Drive?

It seems like that will be a backstage area. Just like the area over by Kings Cross Station

Im not happy about some static dragon. If UC is reading this we beg of you....please leave the dragon where it is now. Its not too late to have a normal Gringotts facade...is it?

I always assumed it was just some artist taking creative liberties with the dragon that will be inside as a way to visualize and excite people for what they should expect to run into while inside the ride.

The dragon thing doesn't bother me that much... If it isn't there, we get a nice 'clean' Gringotts facade; if it is there, there's a dragon! What's not to love?

Just better be glad they aren't going for the semi-destroyed Diagon from HBP - imagine the uproar that would have caused, if all this has come from one dragon! Although it would have been amazing.

HTF mentioned that he did fairly well in English class.
He then purposely put in some grammatical errors in one of his next posts.

I'm conflicted about the dragon. My initial reaction is that a completely static dragon (as opposed to a moving one) would make the area just a bit less 'immersive'.

But the more I think about it, I can understand Universal Creative's intentions. Gringotts is the focale point of Diagon Alley, just as Hogwarts Castle is the focale point of Hogsmeade. But a bank building (no matter how interesting the architecture) does not instantly stir one's imagination the way a castle does. So a fire-breathing dragon definitely solves that. It becomes an instant wunder-weenie.

My very first post. I finally joined. I have been reading all of the forums since I first found the site when looking up some info on the new harry potter construction. I love all the photos and it just makes me so excited to see all the progress and how fast this is getting built. I just became an annual pass holder last year and have only gotten to so far three times this year. I saw the helicopter fund and I will be chipping in some money for some new pictures and video.
And bad lactose I really like your signature picture looks awesome.

Same here. Just like they omitted the part of the overhead structure that crosses main street and only left represented it on the side street. I thought it was just an artistic representation.

LOL OK spoiledmilksugar what does " wunder weenie" mean? is it like a super duper sausage, a fantastic frankfurter, a amazing hot dog
damn now I'm hungry.

I'm ok with the dragon being visible but
I'd prefer the it not be there at least not visible at all times.

This is exactly my reasoning with the dragon. Gringotts is a pretty important landmark for franchise fans, but it isn't on the same level of instant recognition that Hogwarts is for literally everyone who might come. It also rather depends on sight lines, style and other variables like that. I think it could work.

How do I get this signature added to my account.

I really hope that dragon is animated and really breathes fire. Imagine how awesome that would be.

Looking at the Studio Tour Google "street view" of Diagon Alley. It appears that the two buildings in the latest concept art are Ollivanders and Flourish and Blotts. That green sign on on the building furthest from Gringotts is definitely the Flourish and Blotts sign.

Also, the sign from the middle of the concept art is in the middle of the above picture, but they don't match.
