according to the Daily Disney podcast, there is an AA that isn't syncing up to audio. No specification on which one, I'm assuming if it was the Kong AA that would be specified. I would think that means it is "working" just not calibrated correctly. To me, that seems like it shouldn't be a "massive" delay. I would consider an AA catching fire or Kong literally falling apart to be a "massive" delay.
