I think, even though it'll be called something else, I will look to the WNW parking lot plot, as the Spider Hotel.

Meanwhile, I am not surprised by the humongous amount of parking that'll be added.

That's what I see. Surfboard shaped pool. Surfboards on the streetside signs. Nice homage to the fallen water park if you ask me.

Looks like the entrance to each side will be perfectly opposite each other. I wish I had my laptop so I could combine the map overlays.

Yep, no monorail stations but there are bus stops the same way they are at Disney hotels.
