The more I think about it, it does tie into the rest of Citywalk. Very nice design choice and the pink looks a little more understated in the most recent picture.

Not sure if been mentioned, but new friend works a second job here, says the plan is to be open by the end of the month. Which is aggressive but wow.

Even if they don't get the store open in time, I bet they have a cart out front in a couple weeks at least. They are eager beavers. That's for sure!

2 weeks to complete construction, install cooking equipment, train staff and have all the health and safety checks done is hella aggressive.

Plenty of time for them to realise that they need a small cart outside filled with beers.

They'll need to see what sells and can always have different days different doughnuts for the less popular ones.

Where abouts is Universal's industrial kitchen? I don't think it really matters where the kitchen is if it means for a bigger area inside.
