I have no clue. Never looked closely enough at that area to notice it before today.Out of curiosity, was it there before today? Or did they remove it when the Island Tours first closed?

I remember seeing the dock for Island Tours. I don’t remember a sign being there, but I could’ve just never noticed it.Out of curiosity, was it there before today? Or did they remove it when the Island Tours first closed?
If the end goal is to relaunch JP as JW then it makes sense to redo jpra while building the new coaster so it can all open as once as a new land. Also, wouldn't they wait until they have a new ride up and going in Orlando before they would take down JPRA for a change up?
Depending on the size of the refurb, I could see Universal just extending out JPRA’s yearly winter refurb and then having the coaster open late spring? If the end goal is to relaunch JP as JW then it makes sense to redo jpra while building the new coaster so it can all open as once as a new land.
I love the idea of a wooden coaster in IOA. To those in the know, can we expect something on the level of Big Thunder Mountain Railroad? I’m trying to think of other wooden coasters to compare this to. There’s one up here in NJ at Six Flags, El Toro, that’s the biggest in the world. But I know that’s not what we’re gonna be getting.
Excited I amIt will be closer to El Toro in thrill level than BTM, if it’s a woody.

That's considered by some to be the #1 woody in the world
Oh? Any specific reason why?June 4th might be a colorful day to be in the Park.
It's also not going to be anywhere near the 180 ft. tall that El Toro is.I am in no way, shape or form saying it will be anywhere near as good as El Toro. But from what insiders are saying here ( I have little info on this ride), it’s not going to be a family coaster
No, it definitely won’t. Launches is about all I’d put hard money on with this thingIt's also not going to be anywhere near the 180 ft. tall that El Toro is.
Time to move some dirtSo last year, the safety team spent a lot of time and money converting one of the old paddocks of TE into a state of the art training space for Tech Services. The AA figure was gone, but much of the theming and infrastructure remained.
They are no longer allowed to use that space :bolt:
