Existing fence that was already there separating Dragon Challenge from the area on that side, near exit path from train (where the carriage with invisible thestrals moved back and forth).

Yea, it moved forward and backward 6 inches or so, like it was moving on its own like in the films. I think they took it down when the work walls went up, I’m sure just temporarily.

That is the leading theory at this time, although not sure it will have actual bike style seating, just themed to look like a motorbike. But still no confirmation.
