Well, this explains why they haven't started building the rockwork needed for the flying car in scene 3... They moved it to the cave opening before the spike!

Wasn't the Ford Anglia rumoured to fly at you on a Kuka arm? Guessing that idea was ditched?

I don't think movement will even be perceivable at this vantage, so just headlights and honks would be my guess.
