Hoping this new parade building will still be able to fit two houses

I’m having a hard time figuring out whether this will be a value resort or a prime value resort. It’s definitely nicer than the Endless Summer resorts, but it doesn’t have as many amenities as Cabana Bay or Aventura

Has anyone thought about the family friendly IP being The Witches? I could see it working as a house/zone, it fits with the classic movie idea Reesey was talking about, and I could see people thinking it doesn’t belong, especially if it were the reboot. Thoughts?

The main reason is mostly because people don’t want to see a house themed to a pandemic while in a pandemic. Yes TLOU is about a fungus and not a virus, but that doesn’t really change much.

I made this spec map entirely based on what I have read on here as well as on Discord. The house locations were just randomly done by me, I have no evidence or reasoning to back them up. Thoughts?
