Wow, this just spun me on a tangent watching videos of the Beijing JW ride. That's the Jurassic ride I've been wanting and expecting since I was a little kid. Looks awesome!
I'm really interested to see what type of onboard audio (if any) is used on this ride?
A paddock worker guiding you to safety? Music? John Hammond stating "Spared No Expense" on repeat?
The CGI of the first TREX attack still gets me every time. Breaking through the fencing and walking across the vehicles. It looks soo good. Especially then considering how ahead of its time it was!
I'm surprised Animal Kingdom animal staff haven't come in and staged a vile of predator urine or something up there to scare off the osprey until the ride starts cycling regularly.
I think the point people are making is that clearly Universal caught wind this section of the ride was not delivering, so they are making an attempt to improve it.
I think it's valid to criticize another prop drop that as of now is quite random with not legitimate improvement to the scene of...
Since Blue is in the TRex kingdom...
It would of been cool if they made Predator Cove into a "release the raptors scene" to hunt the Indo like in the movie.
They could of used the existing raptor enclosure and a cool gate opening scene with rustling trees and foliage of the raptors...
