...jk I got super drunk on Saturday and woke up Sunday with a bad case of the hangovers. There were a few protein spills out the window on the 3 hour journey back home to Ft. Lauderdale.

Apologies for not pulling through, but if I got in that chopper it would have been bad news bears.
