Is there some kind of extended balcony near the roof level? You can see it in the 2nd and 4th pics that Nick just posted from bioreconstruct. I don’t remember seeing that before.

Yeah, it's sort of become a whole line of Parking garages. The farthest one down in the picture below (painted yellow) is for Royal Pacific. The Sapphire Falls garage is the next one and then last (and the smallest) is the garage for Aventura.

You can't really add without expanding. So if they don't expand the waterway (which they currently aren't), you can't add more than a certain number of water taxis at any given time.
