I Notice on some of the ariels for Darkmoor that the buildings behind the village facades seem pretty big. Any talk on how much of this is back of house?

Would love some cool indoor/outdoor vibes akin to diagon alley. I imagine they have also learned lessons regarding sizes of shops etc. (From DA and HM).

Well one of them is definitely for the restaurant, between dining room and kitchen I’d assume that’s a large majority of the building.

Correct. Inside is ordering queue, two inside dining rooms, kitchen, walk in, dry storage, employee bathrooms/break area, and the whole section on the right is actually covered open air seating to add a third dining area.

The retail side (side closer to coaster) has make up area on left, main retail in middle, and the land’s only restrooms on right, which takes up a large chunk of that building. There is also storage behind the main retail, and what permits call a “fog room” for utilities in front of restrooms.

The same scene is also in the Piece by Piece trailer. It feels like a mandated piece of cross-promotion, like when the Minions were in Mortal Engines.

Idk, on the one hand sure, on the other hand the original movie has a very similar scene with The Shining, so it's not like it's unprecedented for these movies.

Lots better than the lack of shade, hot concrete, Toy Story Land up the highway. There never can be too many trees.

Should be proper preshow, but not yet confirmed, just rumored.

Realistically, how scary is this ride going to be? Will it actually scare people and have them get off frightened? I know they mentioned that in the land reveal so I’m hoping it really is! Would love to hear what you all have heard/know/speculation.

I'm basically anticipating (hoping for?) a full ride on the intensity level of the Dementor scene from Forbidden Journey, which I think is one of the scariest scenes in any attraction (the chasing Carnotaurus in Dinosaur, when operating, is up there, too).

I keep hearing "scarier than anyone expected" and "scarier than an HHN house" sooooo

Not sure if hype from folks, or actual info, but it's getting me hyped up, that's for sure!

I cannot wait to go into Das Steakhouse and order a round of Sloppy Steaks for me and the bois. Better not get any trouble outta that jerk manager!
