And as for Ministry yesterday...
  • First Death Eater animatronic in archive battle not working.
  • 2nd Death Eater's crate drop not working.
  • PENDULUM WAS WORKING!
  • Harry animatronic not moving.
  • Final elevator wasn't moving, although the ride stopped briefly so I'll chalk this up to that.

Just to add another data point, all of these effects were working last Friday/Saturday (11/7 and 8).

For monsters today (as of 11am):
- Both preshows working with all effects
- Bride + Victoria with stungun not moving
- Finale Dracula in B mode (doesn’t move towards vehicle, but animatronic moves still)

Pretty good run

What’s the difference in A mode and B mode for the final Dracula animatronic?

We rode Monsters quite a few times on Nov. 16th. All the pre shows and all the animatronics on the ride were working, with
the exception of the last Victoria. We rode it a few times again on Nov. 30th and all the animatronics were working including the
last Victoria. The spit from the Wolfman was real heavy....Maybe it was just my imagination, but the ride profile on the 30th seem
more thrilling than the ride on the 23rd. ...Anyway, bottom line, in my opinion, this is the best ride in Orlando, Disney or Universal. A
true WOW factor.

12/5 - No preshow for Monsters, most animatronics were working at least in B mode.

Every ride has had substantial delays, DK hasn’t come up at all. MK just came up at around 12p. Stardust is currently delayed and down.

Really incredible that we’re 9 months in and having this many issues.

Yes, sad. Sunday afternoon on Nov. 30th was eerily like that. Both rides and shows kept breaking down with the dreaded delay
posted at the attraction, and queue closed. The worst part was that the delay postings on the app were also usually 'delayed', so we'd take
the long Celestial walk to a land and find what we thought was open, wasn't. We basically walked in circles for hours, legs worn out,
and really frustrated. Fortunately, most rides were better after 5:30 as the crowd thinned out. But both shows were down for most of their scheduled showings. Really 'Bad Show'. 9 months in, this is really inexcusable....Conversely, touring IOA and USF during the vacation were a joy. Operations
were really smooth. At this point in time, Epic is nowhere close to IOA and USF as an enjoyable and entertaining theme park experience. I won't recommend Epic to anyone until they get their act together. Epic could be a really really good park, but its certainly not there yet, unless you
want to spend a small fortune for a express pass, and even then there's just not enough to do.

I think "Comfortably" is a key word to add to these discussions. It can take days to do everything Epic has to offer, but the issue is that that's only the case because every one of those things usually takes upwards of 30 to 200 minutes in line to experience. There aren't really any Tiki Room, Nemo, HMUS, E.T., Star Tours-type attractions that you can almost always jump right on and experience easily. If you don't want to stand in another long queue for awhile, there really isn't much for you at Epic. I think that's the complaint.
