Epic Universe Ticketing Info, Advice, & Speculation

Still no email or tickets in the wallet as of now. Ordered the tickets at 5:59am yesterday morning, per my screenshot. Just got off the phone with guest services who said the system is laggy and it could take 48-72 hours (guess they extended it from 24 hrs) for the email/tickets to pop up. She said as long as we have the confirmation number, it should be fine. Still kinda worried but I guess I'll continue to wait

I have the emails just no tickets in the app except for my annual pass.

Just booked a room at Terra Luna for the night of the 22nd and checkout the 23rd. Whenever I tried to include the 21st it came up as not available. Hoping for early park admission but just being that close is enough honestly.

Yeah I noticed last week that you can't seem to book any stay that includes an overnight on the 21st at either Stella Luna or Terra Nova. I wanted a week at Terra Luna,19-23, but it doesn't let you book it. So I'm moving around like a crazy person. Terra Nova from 19-21st, Dockside from 21-23rd and then Helios at the 23rd until I leave the following week.

Wonder if theres a media event or something? Seems odd that both are naturally booked up on the 21st. But this is a topic for another thread

If this is true, possible bad news on the way for some folks who ordered between 5:30am and 5:45am when tickets dropped and still haven't gotten their confirmation email/tickets in wallet.

Yeah I’m stressed tbh. I got mine at 5:59 based on my screenshot. I’ve spoke to Universal a few times on phone, chat and twitter DM and they never said to me anything about my tickets being canceled and refunded. They kept moving the goal post (24 hours to wait, then 48, then 72 and now finally 10/30) but when I asked them point blank about the chance of the tickets not being valid, I was told they would be and that it’s just taking time for them to pop up in the wallet and for the email confirmation to be sent.

I’m hoping what I heard regarding my tickets is true but it’s frustrating that so many people are hearing different things. If they do end up refunding orders, there are going to be a lot of angry people and rightfully so.

It doesn’t in my case at least because buying over the phone is apparently much more direct than online since a team member is right there getting it for you.

So i bought my AP one day ticket but i want to take my daughter who doesn't have an AP we have to buy the 3 day ticket for her correct? so if I'm going on May 30th for my one day at Epic i just buy her 3 day ticket starting on the 29th is that ok to do?

Yes, and yes. That should be okay.

When you go to buy the 3-day ticket the calendar will show you the window of days you can visit using it and your Epic day can be any one of them.

I would be sure to arrive to Epic Universe on your day before it opens though, as the multi-day tickets are not guaranteed access in cases of the park reaching full capacity. Single day dated tickets take priority. But you should be fine if you get there by opening I have to imagine!

Also, select the ticket type without park hopping and without Volcano Bay if those things are not important to you to save some money on the 3-day ticket!

Universal said more tickets / pkgs would be announced closer to the opening date.
