I went twice last year, once before the bathrooms opened and once after (but all before summer crowds), and I couldn't notice much of a difference really. In the middle of the day Mermaid and Belle's were posting relatively long lines (on my phone app) but major attractions around the rest of the park like Thunder and Space were still packed, of course. After first opening and after about 5 to close (midnight once and 11pm the other time) I know for a fact Mermaid was a walk on both occasions I was there. I never tried Belle's either time though and the circus area is such a waste of space to me personally that I barely walked through it. When I did walk through that area though (mid day) it wasn't even as crowded as it gets in that Tomorrowland area around Buzz Lightyear or the area around Frontierland, in front of Splash (and that includes the first time I went when Splash was still under refurb). So no, in my experience, it isn't a huge draw yet. Hopefully with another coaster though, no matter how lack luster it is or not, it will garner more addition and finally live up to the purpose it was supposedly built for in the first place. Just my 2 cents...
